Educational issues

That's really hard for me to pick up a topic between my own hobbies and some Serious Things that help me attach to the world. I was struggling myself. And it ended up, I chose the Educational issues. I'm interested in it sometimes, and need to refresh information always. So I don't wanna just share something or question things about the Music field, and instead I wanna learn more knowledge which benefits my further future.

And there is one thing left, my whole family branch all do things about Education. Some run businesses of kindergarten, and some teach in universities. I've been already surrounded by the Educational environment at the young age, and so that'll be interesting for me to get much into it and receive the true things.

Hummmm.... I don't have inspiration now, let's listen to the song called Listen.
Being moved by this.

I love them!

First of all, it's been a week and I haven't come up any idea of my issue homework, though.
Alright, I wanna talk about something interesting, tonight.

I love stage. I enjoy applause, especially from those who love me singing...

I just came back from WCC(Windy City Club) at 10 p.m.(Want some information? GET THE WEBSITE and WELCOME TO JOIN US. We don't charge for anything.)

I used to be a rock song performer, but recently I've been interested in a new style of music called "Acappella". I will upload the film another day.
Okay... I must have to say "What a small world!"
Justin and I met at the Elite bookstore, and I bumped into my English teacher of high school. Then I informed her I would have a show later in a club meeting. Unfortunately, she had to meet her friends and so I just left after saying that.
However, WE were going to the same place! I was sooooo surprised!!!
And tonight I also met my high school Math teacher!!!

How wonderful and how small the world is!
And now I'm going to introduce some people inthe pics.

Andrew, my English tutor at high school. He always thinks of things in a creative way. A hungarian teacher who always MAKES ME SURPRISED.

Today's meeting was a Talent show & tell. Justin, the best partner and the best performer!

My favorite speaker, Clinton. A very nice and considerate man. I love him! He can always make everybody feel like home, and make us laugh!

Tim and Sylvia, my favorite couple. I love them talking about everything!

My high school English teacher, as you can find her at the previous article(yesterday).

It's her who makes me keep learning English and being interested in it. Love her!

These are the people I met tonight in the WCC. I love the feeling of gathering together and talk about the old days.

Anyway, a sweet night. GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE.

Getting weaker than I was

As being a nineteen-year-old, it's probably to be like energetic and full of power. But it turns, I'm just like a ninety old lady lives in the teen spirit with osteoporosis.

Actually I feel tired all the time except singing on a stage, but I do enjoy eveything I join in with the eyelids down to the eye sockets.

I was always full of energy, smiling all the time and opening my heart to everyone who came to me. And I'm finding the feelings back.

It's really boring when people talk about their daily lives all the week, and so I've been trying to explore more feelings and thoughts within Cynthia.

I know I will eventually gain what I've paid, but let's call it a day, I'm sleepy when coming back home. GOOD NIGHT MY BLOG BROWSERS

Let's go and enjoy my favorite song called Love is Blind.

Frustrated

Do you see TIM in the picture?

It's been a long time since I learned English, but still I don't dare to talk and chat with anyone in English, even with my brothers.

I've been to lots of clubs about speaking and practicing English such us WCC(Windy City Club as you can see in the pic) and TM club(Toast Master).

The last time I could speak out fluently was that when I went to an English Summer Camp.

( And I appreciate my teacher in high school who recommened me to go there.)

It's not as easy as singing an English song.

I've been making efforts to learn how to speak to a foreigner.
But I felt really frustrated when I met Jeff at Yummy Cafe and I didn't know how to express what I wanted to say.
However, being embarrassed can always notice me to improve myself more.

(He praised me for speaking in good accent.)
(Actually I learned English accent from Avril Lavigne.)
LET'S ENJOY ME SINGING BAD

Confused by the teachers

In Taiwan, children have the rights to study for free till grade 9th and so elementary and junior high schools are partly subsidized by the government. Therefore, I thought pupils at school could be offered a completely educational care.

Apparently, some of them didn't get into their jobs well. The importance of education I think it's to explore one's potential for different areas instead of punishing them for failing on a test.

Eric, one of my cousins, is clever and creative. He always thinks of something that would amaze me. I teach him English after school recently.

One day his mom, my aunt, told me that Eric's scores on English at junior high school were gradually down. And I was surprised since he's always done well on my tests. After examining if it's anything wrong about my teaching method, I realized that Eric's English teacher didn't teach them step by step, and she just skipped lots of grammar using and vocabulary that would appear on the test paper.

And I'm wondering, there are so many pupils who don't get a tutor to teach them one by one and how would they pass the exams?
What should a teacher do to help his/her children in class? Maybe it's not just scolding them on low grades, and teachers should examine on their teaching ways, knowing that they didn't make the kids understand.

Today Eric's mum told me that Eric was punished for being not able to finish a flute song.
I'm confused by the meaning of a teacher's existence.

Blah blah blah

I went to her concert on Sep 5, and I took this pic.

Actually I'm not expecting my journals will be writing at the level of a 2nd year university student majoring in English. I'm even wondering if the scoring standard is not fair for the native since there are two "foreigners" and some seniors here in this class.

Though I would work harder than before and realize how far the distance is between me and those better ones, it makes me confused if I work hard but still can't catch on the foreigners' high grades. Well, I believe Jeff will do us a justice, right?

(Yeah…60 words have been done.)

Challenge Everything

This is a term I learned from "The Sims" and I think it's much alike the on-line game "Second Life", but I believe the latter is a lot more fun.

People make their dreams come true in the virtual reality, and create a brand new life that they might never have a chance to fulfill it, and even some run their business there and make the real money. It seems everything will come true in life only if we have the courage to challenge everything.

I can't wait to try on this video game, and to broaden my horizon since there are so many peoples from all over the world, cultures, thoughts, creativities and different lifestyles interchanging in this virtual life. It really attracts me.

But in another perspective, being a stage rocker might be not so difficult in the game life, it's still not me on the real stage enjoying the applause, then I realize, it's satisfying when carrying out the plans on our original schedules; however, games are not the real life. Just as people daydream about making life perfectly, but without taking measures it won’t happen anyway.

I think “Second Life” is perfect for us to experience and experiment the life goals we set, and we can learn how to social with people, solve problems and think of solutions instead of being stunned when dealing with all of them. After all, games are created for practicing and entertainment, and we should utilize them efficiently to help us get a better life quality. It must be perfect if we could work on both methods, practicing goals on games, and to fulfill it in true life.

Challenge everything!
